What counts as a "claim"?

Any single claim record imported or submitted via the API counts as one claim. Remittance records do not count toward your claim limit.
Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately. Prorated credits apply when upgrading mid-cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (for annual Enterprise plans). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges on any plan.
What if I exceed my plan limit?

You will receive an in-app warning at 80% and 95% of your limit. At 100%, imports are paused until you upgrade. You can upgrade instantly from settings.
